G Town karate is run by young Master John Uschold. Who has been in the Martial Arts for Decades. Training thoroughly in International Taekwondo (The foundation art for Rayshinryu Martial Arts System) and in World Taekwondo. Sensei Uschold trained directly under Master Ray in the early 90's learning the intricacies of the Rayshinryu System. In the mid 90's Sensei Uschold represented the U.S. Army in the Korean Nationals. Where he became the first non-Korean to win the Korean Nationals. And he won by knocking out his opponent. The picture of his knock out kick (spinning hook kick) was circulated all over Korea.

Sensei Uschold started training his son Alex almost from birth. One thing lead to another and G Town Karate was born. for the record the G stands for Gadsden (South Carolina) where Sensei Uschold resides. This club has a high tournament success rate. This page is dedicated to the G Town Karate Club.

Ready to steel some Trophy's!!!! It looks like the G-Town karate Class is posing by the table where the trophies were stored. But in reality, they won so many that they used the table to hold them while they posed for this picture.

Congratulations
Team Rayshinryu!
