When international financial services brand Home Credit chose to enter the competitive United States credit market, they knew a flawless digital customer experience would set them apart. They came to Punchkick with the goal of beign a completely mobile-centric financial institution.

Punchkick and Home Credit worked together to conduct in-depth ethnographic audience research to generate user personas, all while exploring and documenting the legacy technologies we needed to optimize around.
As a result of proper research, Punchkick developed robust middleware to support gorgeous, custom, native iOS and Android apps and a front-end web app that spoke the language of Home Credit’s unique audience segments.
